This policy explains how Trevor St. Aubin, a Realtor® with @properties, and St. Aubin Realty, LLC, his business entity ("I," "me"), collect and use information through trevorstaubin.com and related text and email communications.
When you fill out a form, call, text or email me, I collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and details about your real estate needs. Like most websites, this site may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
I use your information to respond to your inquiry, help you buy or sell a home, schedule appointments, and send updates you've agreed to receive. I store contact information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
If you opt in through the chat widget on this site, you may receive text messages from St. Aubin Realty, LLC (Trevor St. Aubin) about your real estate inquiry, including follow-ups, appointment reminders, market updates and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help deliver messages (such as the messaging platform), and only to provide that service.
If you receive emails from me, every email includes an unsubscribe link.
I do not sell your personal information. I may share it only as needed to help with your transaction (for example, with a lender, title company or inspector you choose to work with), with service providers that help me run my business, or when required by law.
You can ask me to update or delete your information at any time by contacting me below.
